Vegetarian Taco Salad

Taco Salad - Vegetarian style

Ingredients

1 12-ounce can Chili beans

1 cup Cubed Tomato

4 cups Shredded Lettuce

1 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese

1 12-ounce can Sliced Pitted Black Olives

4 cups Crushed Tortila Chips

Directions

Spread beans int a thin layer in the center of a plate. Microwave for 30 seconds. Top with cheese, olives, tomatoes, lettuce and chips.
