Ghee
1/2 cup Chopped Celery
1/2 cup Chopped Zucchini
1/2 teaspoon Fennel seed
1/4 teaspoon Cumin seed
2 cups Carrot juice
1/2 cup Quinoa
heat ghee in saucepan over medium low heat, add fennel and cumin, saute until fragrant. add vegetables; saute 5 minutes. add quinoa; saute 2 minutes. add heated carrot juice, turn heat to low. cover and cook until done.
