Grilled Chicken Burrito

Whole wheat tortilla with grilled chicken breast.

Ingredients

2 whole Skinless chicken breast

1 cup Grilled and diced Tomato

4 tablespoons Fresh chopped cilantro

4 tablespoons Chopped Red onion

1 cup Shredded Iceberg lettuce

1/4 whole Avocado

2 tablespoons Low fat Sour cream

2 whole Whole wheat Tortillas

Directions

  1. Grill or bake chicken breast for 20 minutes or till done.
  2. Cool and slice chicken breast into thin strips
  3. Place tortilla in microwave between two paper towels and cook for 10 seconds.
  4. Remove warmed tortilla and put chicken, chopped tomatoes, cilantro, red onion, lettuce, avocado, and sour cream into tortilla and roll it up.
