




Grilled Chicken Burrito

Whole wheat tortilla with grilled chicken breast.
Ingredients
2 whole Skinless chicken breast
1 cup Grilled and diced Tomato
4 tablespoons Fresh chopped cilantro
4 tablespoons Chopped Red onion
1 cup Shredded Iceberg lettuce
1/4 whole Avocado
2 tablespoons Low fat Sour cream
2 whole Whole wheat Tortillas
Directions
- Grill or bake chicken breast for 20 minutes or till done.
- Cool and slice chicken breast into thin strips
- Place tortilla in microwave between two paper towels and cook for 10 seconds.
- Remove warmed tortilla and put chicken, chopped tomatoes, cilantro, red onion, lettuce, avocado, and sour cream into tortilla and roll it up.
